"Costanza“ consists of Costanza herself and her mother. Costanza, born and raised in Sicily has a background in art and fashion which she happily translates into stylish event decoration. While her mother, originally from Bologna, has worked as a chef at "Brasseria Italiana“ in St. Germain, having converted many culinarians to the simple yet convincing delights of the italian kitchen.
These recipes live from the intense and real taste of ingredients that are traditionally organic and are still produced like in the pre-industrial era. From the oils and herbs imported from italy to the vegetables from Paris´organic markets.
